About Me

With over 20 years of experience in real estate and a lifetime of community involvement, I bring a personal, thoughtful touch to every transaction. Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent three decades working in the Clermont County courts and downtown law firms—giving me a strong foundation in professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

I proudly followed in the footsteps of my late father, Allen Fry, building a rewarding partnership in real estate until his retirement. Today, I carry on that legacy with heart, service, and a deep appreciation for the relationships I build with my clients.

A proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and active in my small Miamiville Methodist Church—especially when it comes to organizing our bake sales—I love staying connected to the community I serve. At the end of every real estate deal, I celebrate the journey by baking something special from scratch for my clients, like a homemade pie or cheesecake.

I’m also a devoted cat mom to two beloved companions who rule the roost. Whether helping first-time buyers or long-time homeowners, I blend modern tools with old-fashioned care to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and at home.
