We were out of state when we bought a home in Ohio but she had no problem doing the leg work for us, checking the property, sending us paperwork and explaining everything. In the beginning of 2020, as a family, we realized that my mom needed to move from her home to an assisted living community. We had not thought about needing a realtor in over 30 years, so we did not know where to turn. My wife remembered seeing a post from Kathy on Facebook with her contact information referencing her realty business, and also remembered Kathy from her many community events and activities over the years.
We contacted Kathy through Facebook, she responded promptly and within days, we met her at Mom’s house. We had no idea what the house was worth, whether or not it would sell, and what we had to do to sell it. Kathy toured the house, and provided us with several options for us to consider based on her experience.
The listing experience was great, we were able to review and sign all the documents electronically, so there was no need for any followup meetings for the contract or bid approval. Kathy and her associates kept us well informed during the process with showing dates and times, etc.
Once we received the bid, we received counter offers as well. Not having sold a house in 30 years, this was something we never expected. Kathy did a great job helping us navigate the process, and ultimately helping us decide which offer to accept, and it ended over asking price as well!
The entire process was very quick, about a week from listing to sale, which was great. But Kathy did not stop there, she kept up with us from the acceptance all they way through to the closing, all the while keeping us in the loop as far as changes, inspections, etc.
We were very pleased with Kathy for the overall process, and if we were selling a house again, we would definitely choose her again. We were very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail.

I have known Kathleen Niemer for about 8 years. Kathy is a very conscientious realtor with Sibcy Cline very caring and listens to your needs. I had a house for sale as an owner for sale. I had renters in the house and they had torn the house up so I just wanted to get the home sold so I could go on with my life. I had tried to sell the house myself and I was having no luck. I contacted Kathy and she and her father, Allen Fry, went to my home to see what needed to be done to sell the property. They came back with what needed to be done without a hesitation they worked with me. When I made the repairs on the house they worked very hard to get a contract. I was only under contract for 6 months and we had the house sold. When I was ready to look for a condo, Kathy helped me. She even put me in touch with a loan officer to get my financing, when I was approved we started looking for a condo for myself.

We went to many complexes to look for a condo she was very patient and let me look and I always asked her opinion because I had never purchased a home on my own. I would trust Kathy judgment she will not steer you wrong in any way.

Kathy even went with me to the vet my kitten was in not very good health and I could not stand to see her suffer anymore. Kathy knew that it was very hard on me so she met me at the vet office to be with me. She stayed until everything was done so I could go to work. She and her father took my kitten and buried her with the rest of their animals. Not many people would do that for you.. I consider Kathy to be more than a realtor, she is a very caring person.
